When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Pre-order items will ship on or around the release date specified on the product page.
What is your return policy for vinyl and media?
We accept returns on damaged or defective media within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before the shipping process begins. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to cancel it.
What should I do if my vinyl arrives damaged?
If your record arrives warped or damaged, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the damage and your order number for a replacement.
